years… One friend said it feels like being in Sun Valley Idaho ! Houseguests want to stay longer, and sometimes come back to stay again! I feel a greater awareness of: what can I do to help others… I wish to become: a more helpful friend, a wiser auntie, a friendlier sister, a helpful neighbor, a more mature co-worker…a better citizen… I am starting to see and understand my own immaturities and deficiencies… After so many years of reading traditional spiritual literature and asking “gurus” ‘teachers” and even a formal Zen Master what to do about my emotions, and getting answers from them like “just be love” or” who is the one who is angry” and other useless baloney, I am finally learning how to use my brain instead of being a slave to my emotions in dealing with people(including myself) and situations ! I have had many unpleasant post menopausal symptoms go away and also some extra fat on my body seems to be slowly leaving… Thanks to Feodor Shkrudnev and the SvetL Technology , the more I experience the freedom that is unfolding, then the more I wish to study the New Knowledge and the more I study the New Knowledge, the more I know, and the more I know, the more gratitude I have… and so I wish to participate and co-operate with the process of my transformation and development, regardless of how bumpy, difficult and painful the way becomes…I feel more of an awareness and a sense of urgency in discovering what I can do to help others…Wishing to share the Technology and The New Knowledge Information with people has given my life a purpose…
